Job Title: Business Development Executive - Corporate Training

Location: All Major Cities

Job Description: This opportunity if for an experienced Business Development Manager selling the company’s training packages into the corporate sector. You will be responsible for controlling the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings and account acquisitions. You will be expected to meet with key decision makers including, CEO’s, MD’s, HR managers to gain an understanding of the client’s needs to deliver a tailored training package. Desired Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will be an ambitious new business generator who can confidently conduct presentations to board level directors. You must be autonomous with an entrepreneurial flair and thirst for success. To be considered for the role you must demonstrate a history of: Selling training packages into business markets. Exceeding sales targets. Generating Rs. 2 Cr worth of annual business revenue. Selling into corporate sectors eg. IT, Banking and Finance, Tier one Retail Salary Package: Will not be a limiting factor for a deserving candidate and would commensurate with ability to accept and meet revenue targets.
